Services provided by the YTSA Family Enhancement caseworker will only be involved if the family is willing and cooperative in this process, such as assessments, agreement(s) and goal setting. A YTSA Family Enhancement caseworker will meet with the family to discuss the concern(s) and how the family may be supported in alleviating the initial concerns in accordance to the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act. It will then be planned by the family as to what resources/services will support them in their personal growth, healing and empowerment. A YTSA Family Enhancement caseworker will continue to be involved with the family/child(ren) to ensure positive growth.
